Scripture:
John 1:1-5
In the beginning was
the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in
the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made
that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The
light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.
Isaiah 64: 1,2
Oh, that you would
rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you! As
when fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil, come down to make your
name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you!
Genesis 1:26,27
Then God said, “Let
us make man in our image, in our likeness…” So God created man in his own
image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Isaiah 55:10,11
“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do
not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so
that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11 so is my word
that goes out from my mouth: It will not
return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose
for which I sent it.”
John 20;31
But these are written
that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by
believing you may have life in his name.
